At least 18 people died in a suicide attack in central Iraq on Monday, media reported.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The incident took place in the province of Karbala, Saudi-owned Al Arabiya broadcaster said.

According to other media reports, the attack was carried out by five armed people in Karbala's town of Ain al-Tamer.
